Big News!
1.My all-spooky/ Halloween art site is now finally online at SpooksByReusch.com, thanks to Standard Design. There's lots of new original art and prints for sale in the new gallery, and a Spooky-blog I've been working on since January with lots of new images and links to Black Cat Burlesque video. Get your Spook on!
2. I signed a contract with Harmonix to design art for their highly-anticipated new game, Rock Band! I just finished 20 images for the game this morning. Rock Band will be in stores at the end of the year.
3. 3/5 of Black Cat Burlesque was recently interviewed in full costume at the Coolidge Corner Theatre by WHDH Channel 7's Mike Boudo for an upcoming segment on Boston's burlesque scene. Devilicia and I performed our "Flirting with Death" act for the camera, and my poster art and masks were documented as well. I'll post info about the airdate once I know.
4. La Gata Negra's La Hornita starred in the new Lux/Killmore movie, "Attack of the Coney Island Killer Crawfish" this past weekend. Shot entirely on location, this tale of beach-party kids menaced by Bayou Pete culminates in a thrilling surf-side showdown with Lucha Libre's reigning Queen Bee. Thanks again to Dottie Lux and Val Killmore for commissioning the Killer Crawfish mask.
